The best problem solving technique is prevention. However, when issues present, solving them is a process - asking the right questions, active listening with key participants, and critical thinking to create a plan of action.

Creativity exists in many forms. Whether sculpting a piece of clay, shaping policy, or outlining a project - it requires observation, empathy, intuition, decision making and intention. When applied to various situations, informed solutions are possible.

Servant leadership can be an impactful tool for guiding team members. Leading by example in day-to-day actions and engaging generously with less experienced associates can have positive and lasting results.
